Available Job Positions – BCF Sindh 2026

1. District Field Supervisor

Project: Global Fund TB (DOTS)

Posting Districts (Sindh):

• Shaheed Benazirabad
• Sanghar
• Mirpurkhas
• Thatta
• Larkana
• Tharparkar

Required Qualification

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Economics
  OR
• BS in Psychology / Public Health
• Basic computer certification (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the social sector or health sector organizations

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of TB and HIV programs
• Coordination with District TB Coordinators and Health Departments
• Community mobilization and stakeholder engagement
• Supervision, monitoring, and monthly reporting
• Record keeping and documentation
• Ability to work in field conditions under pressure
• Fluency in Sindhi, Urdu, and English

Salary Package

2. GeneXpert Testing Incharge

Location:

• Dadu District
• Qambar Shahdadkot District

Required Qualification

• MSc Microbiology
  OR
• Diploma in Clinical Pathology / Laboratory Technician (1 year or equivalent)

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or microbiology laboratory
• Prior experience with TB labs or GeneXpert testing will be preferred
• Knowledge of biosafety and laboratory protocols

Skills & Responsibilities

• Handling GeneXpert testing procedures
• Maintaining lab records and reports
• Understanding of biosafety standards
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills in Sindhi and Urdu

Salary Package

💰 PKR 67,614/- per month (Gross)
