Non-Formal Education (NFE) Project Sindh Jobs 2026 – Apply Today

The Non-Formal Education (NFE) Project Sindh, supervised by SZABIST ZAB-ed, has announced new employment opportunities for 2026. These positions are designed for individuals who want to contribute to grassroots education development and help improve learning access in rural and underserved communities of Sindh.

About the NFE Project Sindh

The NFE Project works to provide alternative learning opportunities for out-of-school children through community-based schools. Managed by SZABIST ZAB-ed, the project focuses on quality teaching, monitoring, and academic coordination across multiple districts of Sindh.

Open Positions & Requirements

🔹 NFE Facilitator

Who Can Apply

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum one year of teaching experience
  • Strong interest in community education initiatives

Monthly Honorarium

  • PKR 10,000 to 15,000
  • Payment linked to attendance and learner performance

🔹 Social Mobilizer & Monitor (NFE Schools)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate degree required
  • Experience in fieldwork or social mobilization
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Personal motorcycle required for field visits

Salary Range

  • PKR 35,000 to 45,000 per month

🔹 District Academic Coordinator (NFE)

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation in Education or Social Sciences
  • B.Ed qualification will be an advantage

Main Duties

  • Oversee academic activities of NFE schools
  • Guide teachers and support field teams
  • Ensure learning quality and academic standards
